Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected through this site is Daniele Tavani, operating as Larius Luxury Rent, and can be reached on WhatsApp at +39 334 748 7544 or through the form on this site.
Data collected
Through the request form on the site we collect: first name, last name, email, phone number, car of interest, occasion, delivery/pickup preferences and related addresses (if home delivery is requested), pickup and return dates and times, and any optional free-text message. With your consent, we also collect browsing data through marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics) as described in the Cookie Policy.
Purposes
Form data is processed to: handle the rental request, prepare the tailored quote, coordinate with STZ Auto Milano on availability and contract terms, and reply to information requests. Marketing-cookie data is processed, subject to consent, to measure the performance of advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Only if you opt in with the optional box on the form, your name and email are also used to send fleet news and offers by email; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Legal basis
Form-data processing is based on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Marketing-data processing is based on the user's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie Preferences. Promotional emails are based on the optional consent given on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting the controller.
Sharing with third parties
Data needed to fulfil the rental request is shared with STZ Auto Milano, our official partner that provides the rental: it owns the vehicles, holds the rental contract and the insurance, and processes the data as an independent controller to manage the rental. The site's technical providers (hosting, database and notification emails) process data only on behalf of the controller. Marketing-cookie browsing data is processed by Meta and Google under their respective privacy notices.
Data retention
Form data is kept only for the time needed to handle the request and for a subsequent period no longer than 24 months, unless a different legal obligation applies. Marketing data is kept according to the terms set out in the Cookie Policy.
User rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise these rights, please contact the controller on WhatsApp or through the site form.
