Scope of service
This site offers an intermediation (brokerage) service for luxury-car rentals, in official partnership with STZ Auto Milano. The site does not allow direct online booking or payment: every request sent via the form or WhatsApp is handled personally by Daniele Tavani (Larius Luxury Rent), who coordinates availability, conditions and the rental contract with STZ Auto Milano.
Request process
Requests can be sent through the site form or directly via WhatsApp. Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking: confirmation happens only after availability checks and the rental contract with STZ Auto Milano has been signed.
Liability
The service offered through this site is intermediation only. Rental conditions, insurance, vehicle condition and every contractual aspect of the rental are the responsibility of STZ Auto Milano, under the terms and conditions applied by them. Requirements such as minimum driver age, licence seniority and guarantees are set by STZ Auto Milano's general rental terms and confirmed at request time. Prices shown on the site are indicative STZ list prices; the binding price is the one in the quote and the rental contract.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the operator's registered court, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies for consumer protection.
